This is a great multi-vitamin. The tablets are not as big as some people here would have you believe. They are easy to swallow. There are no unpleasant aftertaste.

I wish I could feel any effect from taking it, but as with all multi-vitamin, you just have to hope that there are actually vitamins and minerals inside.
