I was specifically looking for green tea Optio, with several years ago, with incredible success, but it was so expensive ($ 6 for 20 bags, add shipping costs to boot). I drank in the past due to the concentration of antioxidants 25x. So, in my search for a cheaper alternative, I took the liberty of EGCG green tea extract from today. I was worried about this particular product, it is 4 mg of green tea, caffeine and usually makes you feel even worse than coffee included. After taking thisfor 2 weeks, I can honestly say that my fears were unfounded, mainly because the bottom clearly says that the label is green tea, decaffeinated used. It is not the strongest nor the most concentrated product you can buy on Amazon, but it is incredibly effective.

I have a disease that made me completely off and I can not stay out of bed for an hour or two at a time, some cases days, this product is greatly alleviated the problem (I would not recommendat bedtime, of course). I do not feel nervous. I feel much more clear and direct warning for most of the day. I rarely last more than a day. I have taken on an empty stomach and with food. I feel I have more energy before eating. Nor do I carry "high caffeine" into one. I truly believe that the antioxidants in this product, what are my "clean" energy. This is standardized to polyphenols 98% min a deterrent effect against cancer, heart and circulatoryosteoporosis, diseases, and even (see [....]), 80% catechin flavonoids including EGCG 50% of species that are strongly anti-bacterial (see [...])

The first reviewer seems to be shocking attempts to take these capsules without water, he must have thought that these were necessary chewable tablets! There is no other reason why a capsule of this size would anyone do any kind of complaint. It is not the throat or esophagus unless you literally dry swallow the darn thing to fix.Common sense, or lack thereof, shows the lack of wisdom of the previous auditors. Simply amazing.

On a side note, are now performed consistently better products at lower prices than any other brand I've ever tried. I worked for the largest food chain in the world and many opportunities to experiment with many brands of supplements. Dr. Weil products are also very good but sometimes are too expensive, someone with a low income, as I am.
